Mountain bike, Rafting, Trekking...11 days and 10 nights....

1.... Quito
- Arrival at Quito (2850m). Reception and transfer in the hotel. Presentation of the stay in detail. Meal and strolls in the colonial district of the hotel.

2.... Cotopaxi
- Transport 4x4 through the "Paramo" until 4500m, allocates of the mountain bike trip. Open views on 8 volcanoes among the highest of the world in activity. On the tracks through culture forming a surprising patchwork, to the Inca ruins (3700m) where a lunch will allow you to admire the territory of the famous Condor of the Andes. The afternoon return on roads in the heart of a forest of pines up to the lake Limpiopungo. Then transfer to Zumbahua.

3.... Quilotoa
- Early the morning back on the mountain bike to join the Quilotoa lagoon (4000m) departure of a long descent by following the " big canyon " of Ecuador. End of the trip in the Pujili village then we shall drive to Baņos.

4.... Baņos
- After a good continental breakfast, return on moutain bike to go down the road of waterfalls until "Pailon del Diablo". Visit of several waterfalls with possibility of bathing for the bravest (the running water comes from 5000m peaks). "Oraya" (nacelle hung on a cable) allows to cross the valley 130 m over the Rio Pastaza. Return to Baņos by bus or small van (in this direction the road mounts seriously). Free afternoon. (Internet coffee at arrangement in Baņos)

5.... Rafting on the Pastaza river
- Departure for the rafting on the river Pastaza, then at the end of the day we shall join the Jungle lodges in the "Oriente" name used by the Ecuadorians to call the forest.

6.... Amazon rain forest
- Stroll in the forest to join two waterfalls where the temperature of the water allows pleasant bathings in the middle of a luxuriant vegetation. A local guide will explain you the virtues of the various plants and how the natives use them. He will choose a liana to be able to play "Tarzan"... Return to the lodges, then campfire by the river, in the middle of the noises of the jungle...

7.... Amazon rain forest
- Descent in dugout of Rio Puyo until Rio Pastaza, installation in the new lodges before the ascent of the "mirador": open views on the Amazonian pond and the volcano Sangaī with its perfect cone.
- These two days will allow you to observe a very varied flora and fauna : palm trees, ferns, healing plants, butterflies, ants (among which the famous farmers), toucans, parrots, monkeys and various birds...

8.... Puyo, Fatima, Misahualli
- Visit of a wildlife park " Fatima " where are got back the wounded or contraband animals to reinstate them in their natural environment. A conducted tour of the park will allow you to approach animals safely which often are very discreet in the forest: snakes, caimans, tortoises, tapirs... Then journey until Misahualli, the village of the monkeys, in the France-Amazonia hotel...

9.... Papallacta hot spring water
- Relaxation in the edges of the hotel swimming pool or on the Rio Napo beach of fine sand. Departure for Quito, we cross, from 600 m to 4200 m, varied and magnificent landscapes by the collar of Papallacta.

10.... Quito, Mitad del mundo
- Morning in one of the most beautiful Ecuadorian market where is concentrated the whole craft. A place dreamed for your purchases. Visit of the monument " Mitad del Mundo " where you can take a photo with a foot in every hemisphere. Return to Quito, evening of good-byes in one of the numerous discotheques of the town centre.

11.... Flight back
- Free morning, meal then transfer at the airport.
